Authentic Indian Cuisine combines
the best of both worlds â€“ bold, flavorful dishes that are also
incredibly healthy. This class will teach you the skills and techniques
to take some of the mystery out of traditional Indian dishes. With a
rich selection of spices and slow cooking, these recipes will satisfy
even the heartiest of appetites, all while being vegetarian. From
classics like Tikka Masala, to a rich and hearty butternut squash curry,
this class will give students a foundation in traditional Indian
Cuisine, even including some of the staples such as Cardamom scented
rice and warm Naan bread.

What to Expect:
Classes are designed for 16 students who will work in groups of 4 at their own works station.
Our class experience is hands on, and each student will receive a generous tasting of each recipe prepared, so come hungry!
Wine, beer, and craft cocktails from our own bar will be available for purchase.
